Build a body you can rely on

You don’t have to accept being stiff, living with pain, or feeling like your body is holding you back.

I know what it’s like to live in a body that doesn’t function the way it should.

After 20 years of strength training, 13 years of BJJ, and a lifetime of martial arts, I thought I had a handle on my body. Forward-rotated neck and shoulders (with osteoarthritis), a clicking hip (with osteoarthritis), and fingers pointing in every direction. But in 2025, everything changed.

A serious infection took me from being active to spending over five weeks in the hospital, losing my ability to move, and having to learn to walk again.

It gave me an insight:

Your body is not something to fight against. It is your most important tool.

From Limited to Strong

The hospital, January 2026

Most people wait until their bodies force them to change.

They ignore the stiffness.
They put off exercising.
They think, “I’ll start next month.”

But the body doesn’t forget.

You often pay a price later for what you fail to build today. I paid a heavy price when my hip was severely inflamed—and I had already neglected it. I felt like the people on *Lyxfällan* [a debt-crisis reality show] who have 100,000 kronor in monthly debt but an income of only 20,000. Compound interest ruined them. It ruins all of us if we break down our bodies over time. My philosophy is simple: Build a body that can handle life. Not just a body that looks good in the mirror, but one that is strong, mobile, and ready for anything you want to do.

Träning byggd från verkligheten

Here I am with former UFC Middleweight Champion Khamzat Chimaev; we were both training at Allstars under Alan “Finfou” Nascimento.

My background isn’t limited to just the gym.

I have trained in:

🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 13 years
🏋️ Strength training for 20 years
🥊 Boxing
🤼 Wrestling
🧘 Yoga

It has taught me one thing:

An athletic body isn’t just about muscle.

It’s about control.
Mobility.
Strength.
Confidence.

If you learn the principles of how to “control” yourself, it’s like grasping the underlying concept—as opposed to simply learning a technique without being able to explain *why* it works.

But it takes more than cognitive ability—more than just seeing the “game board.” You have to have it within you. And you need to surround yourself with people who push you to improve.

In 2019, I trained with the Allstars professional MMA squad; my boxing coach was preparing for an amateur MMA bout and wanted me there as a training partner for the sessions. That was during the time Khamzat Chimaev was training at Allstars.

It was outside my comfort zone; pushing myself that hard was sometimes inconvenient, especially when I just wanted to lie on the couch at home.

I have rolled with:

Alexander “The Mauler” Gustafsson – Swedish UFC star and multiple-time title challenger. He gave Jon Jones one of the toughest fights of his career (UFC Light Heavyweight title bout in 2013).

Max Lindblad – Swedish BJJ figure who founded Stark (where I train); a black belt with a strong competitive record in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Alan “Finfou” do Nascimento – Brazilian BJJ black belt, European Open champion, and internationally recognized coach. A key figure in establishing Swedish BJJ culture through his teaching in Sweden.

Craig Jones – One of the world’s top BJJ No-Gi grapplers. ADCC medalist and internationally recognized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach.

JT Torres – Multiple-time BJJ world champion and ADCC champion. One of the most accomplished No-Gi grapplers of the modern era.

Reza “Mad Dog” Madadi – Swedish MMA figure and former UFC lightweight fighter. Known for his aggressive style and strong grappling.

I’ll help you build the body I wish I had built sooner myself.

Whether your goal is to:
✓ get stronger
✓ reduce pain and stiffness
✓ build muscle
✓ improve your mobility
✓ feel athletic again …we start right where you are today.

No judgment. No quick fixes. No magic diets. Just a structured plan, personal coaching, and step-by-step progress.

I wish I could have given myself this advice. Your body is worth investing in.

Just like on the Titanic, many people think they have more time than they actually do.

When the ship started taking on water, people were offered spots in the lifeboats. But many declined. Why? Because the Titanic couldn’t sink. It was too big. Too modern. Too safe. The disaster didn’t fit their view of reality. People do the same thing with their bodies. We think it can’t happen to us.

“I’m still young. Others get old, but I’ll magically get a pass.” “I’ll start working out later. We have endless time, and we just get more energetic, right?” “It’s just a bit of stiffness. I’ll just pop a handful of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol every four hours—it’s become a habit.” “I’ll deal with it when it becomes a problem. I’m healthy now and will never get si…”

Just like the passengers on the Titanic, we sometimes wait until reality proves otherwise.

But the body sends signals long before it crashes.

The difference is that you can build your “lifeboat” before the storm hits.

Take care of your body while you still have the chance.

Not when you’re forced to.

If I had had my “lifeboat” ready when the infection struck—if I had taken care of my body beforehand—I could have avoided months of suffering.

Don’t make my mistake. Be ready for life. Be bulletproof.

I was given a second chance to give back and spread the word: death is real—so follow your dreams. That nagging anxiety in the background? That’s you knowing you’re squandering your potential. You know this life has an end, and you have so much to give—but you just don’t know how.

I know how.

Let me show you.

That is why I contracted and survived an illness: to spread the word about how vital your health is.

Your health is your life.

I want to be a part of that and help you extend and improve it.

You’ve received your warning. I got mine in the hospital.
Don’t wait for yours.
